Here at Earth and Spirit we want you to be happy with your purchase so we endeavour to maintain high levels of service and have tried to make our site user friendly. We have set out our terms and conditions below to allow all trading to be transparent.
Payment
All prices shown are in pound sterling.
Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. Payments can also be made using your debit or credit card through this service.
And remember postage is FREE within the UK.
Delivery and Dispatch
Earth and Spirit will deliver to the UK (free of charge) and overseas. International customers should contact us for a delivery quote.
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays)
All items are dispatched first class through Royal Mail.
You will receive an email notification (if an address has been supplied) when your order has been dispatched. Please allow 7 working days from the receipt of this email to allow for any delays caused by the post. If you have not received your order after this time please notify us.
Returns
All our products are carefully packaged before dispatch, but should they arrive damaged please contact us within 3 working days of receipt of your goods so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order via email. Providing the product is in its original condition and is unused we will arrange for a replacement or refund on receipt of the product. Please note this refund does not include the return postage costs.
Product Descriptions
We endeavour to describe all our products as accurately as possible. However our products contain or are wholly made from natural elements and are, therefore, subject to variation. The photographs show representative examples of the product unless otherwise stated. All measurements should be taken as approximate although to we do try to be as exact as possible.

We only require enough personal information to process your order and your details will not be shared with any third parties. Earth and Spirit do not store your personal details online. Neither do PayPal inform us of your bank details.

Earth and Spirit is a UK based company and therefore is governed by English Law.
Your Statutory Rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
